THESE PEOPLE CAME TO MY JOB DOWNTOWN AND TOOK THE CAR FROM MY JOB AFTER I HAD TALKED TO THE MANAGER FAMA ABOUT NEEDING THE CAR FOR ANOTHER WEEK. She played me and said nothing, I have children and they took the car with my kids things in it with no heads up. I was stuck downtown Houston at my job just horrible. I have never dealt with a rental car place like this. I will never rent here and recommend if your needing to rent long term don't rent here. Don't rent here at all, the manager FAMA IN KATY WILL CALL AND BUG YOU AND BUG ABOUT ANY LITTLE THING. Just horrible!!!!!! Beware, this is a low income rental place so there rates are higher and for any extensions they want there money up front, one day late they coming get the car rental from wherever it it is. Cold hearted people and company just disgusting!!!!!! This is only if your desperate you rent here.

Customer service was fast and responsive to last minute changes. Elite RAC also has lower prices than Enterprise, which I've also used. With Elite, you get the same quality vehicle and service for a lower price. I couldn't have been happier with the experience!
