I have been renting cars from Enterprise at Mossy Nissan for about 18 months roughly 2 times a month.  Every experience I have had has been a positive one.  They have a great crew working there, and no matter who it is that takes care of me, they always do an outstanding job!  I have gotten to look forward to my trips as going to enterprise gives me a chance to visit with my new friends there.  

Cars are always ready and clean, never a problem.

Great experience,  Company is flexible on pick up and drop off locations as well as times.  Employees were very friendly and happy to assist with questions as well as reservation changes.

This is the worst enterprise I've ever been to,  if I could give 0 stars I totally would.  I went in this morning to pick up a reserved rental, when I walked in the office the 3 black guys there were unwelcoming and very verbally  short. I also work with the public,  so customer service skills are major to me.  Anyways, I informed one of the guys that I had a reservation, he asked for license and credit card,  since it was a debit credit card I needed another form of address verification, so I presented my car title and other letters and envelopes with my address clearly on there, since it was in my glove compartment, however none of this was good enough for the guy..I then told him I would go get some bills or other verification paperwork from my house down the road,  at this time the guy began to ask me 101unnecessary questions,  I felt like I was a criminal being interrogated, seriously you would have thought I was renting a luxury car and was going on the run with it, when I was only renting was a compact car for 4 days until my car was out of the shop.  The looks, stand off behavior, unnecessary questions,   and everything else that took place this morning was upsetting..Maybe it was my Afrocentric hair that made these black guys uncomfortable.Anyways I told him to just cancel the reservation and walked out. I've been renting from enterprise for many many years,  so I know this branch doesn't reflect all enterprises, that's why I walked out of this branch and went straight to another one and was treated and greeted with great customer service,  I took the same info to another location, no problem,  in and out.  Being a black female and treated with such rudeness by anyone, especially  black guys(not men)(and there's a real name for them, but I'll keep it nice) was absolutely disgusting and a eye opener. I know I will never come to this location again and will make sure anyone I know will never come here either, because I wouldn't want them to get the same treatment.

Very friendly staff. Car was very new, very clean. Upon return, on my request, they waived off one full day charge inspite of 
 5 hours into 2nd day
