Rented a car for 1 week these guys are the best! Excellent customer service and really friendly Porter. Love this location just make sure you're not returning your rental on a Sunday they are closed.

I've used this location twice and it's been smooth and easy each time. The first time my husband got a car that he wasn't comfortable with driving and they were so helpful with getting him a different car. The employees are nice and I just love Hertz more than any other car rental company!

I was able to request 2 cars for the same day and time which shouldn't be allowed because I cannot drive 2 cars at a time so I should have been told that I would have to request an additional driver and the charges i would have to pay.
I was charged for 2 additional drivers on one car each while i requested only one and i was also charged for Satellite Radio that i never requested.
Thanks to the billing department, they assured me that the false charges will be refunded.

My recommendation is simple.  Do not go to this location.  They were not able to give me a price for a car on a 5 days notice.  I decided to go to another location where you can get straight answers to simple questions.
