I had the unfortunate hassle of being handed over to these guys by the dealer because they (dealer) ran out of loaners. When I got there, 2 people were already ahead of me in line, making it even worse. I took a seat and just waited. It was during this time, I witness the most amazing customer-centric service I have witnessed in a long time. Not only did this guy work hard and fast - he constantly kept me and the other person in the waiting room completely informed. Offered drinks, coffee, water. Took every opportunity to apologize for the wait and assured us he will get to us as soon as possible. When it was finally my turn, he sincerely apologized again and quickly explained the reason for the delay, assured me he would get me out of there as quick as possible and he surely did. I wanted to be angry, and mad, but this person took it all away and made my experience completely positive. Simply, Amazing.

Mr Fredrick Munoz - you really mean it when you say 'I care about my customers'. You said it to me several times while I was waiting and during my booking. Sir, I believe you truly do care. Thank You for being awesome!

This place is convenient enough when you have your car serviced and need a car right away.  However, don't expect to get a clean or non-smoking car when they say that none of their cars are smoking allowed cars.  Every car I have rented (4+) I had to go home and clean the inside of the windows and outside too so I could see through the film of yuck on the windows from just plain filth. How hard is it to keep a bottle of Windex and a roll of paper towels to at a minimum clean the windows for safety sakes if nothing else?  If the windows are that dirty, how dirty is everything else you touch and sit on?  Just a thought.

This place has shady business practices at best. I got a vehicle here that was provided by the dealership while my car was in service. I was told that I had to put a $50 deposit to cover taxes. No problem. 3 months later they bill my card for $140. The dealership didn't pay in time so they charged me. They are using me and my money as a bargaining chip in a battle with the dealer. This has been going on for a month now with daily phone calls to both parties. Treating your customers and their money so flippantly in a showdown with another company is a horrible business practice. I would never rent from them again and would advise everyone else to steer clear as well.

Horrible customer service.  They charged us for a rental car that the dealership was paying for.  Then they said they would credit our account and to date they still have not.  Still continuing to argue with them to get the credit back.  They claim we are responsible if the dealership doesn't pay on time.  BEWARE they are horrible.

Outstanding service, the other reviewer is just wrong, this location has been great to work with after an accident hurt my Jeep, I used them for 6 weeks, no issues.
