In general, I prefer Enterprise over the others. However, sometimes I think they should change their slogan to "We'll pick you up - eventually". I asked Chris to call me back within "15 - 20 minutes" to let me know when I could expect to be picked up.  After 70 minutes of silence, I gave up and made other arrangements to get there.  Also, the last 3 Enterprise cars I have rented had empty windshield washer fluid reservoirs. Even water would have been better than nothing.

I have rented a car here many times.  Every time I do there is some kind of problem.  I dread using this location, but it is very convenient for me. They usually try to rectify the situation, but sometimes they are not so good at it.

So last Thursday I picked up a rental from this location around 10-11am. The guy advised me that the vehicle had no gas and that I could just return it on e. First off, why aren’t you putting gas in vehicles that have been returned and cleaned? That’s an inconvenience to the customer! Anyhow, I returned the vehicle to the airport (ERAC) around 5:30-6am and boarded my flight. Only to get an email 3 days later stating that I’m being charged for two days (had veh less than 24hrs). So I called to inquire. The gentleman had no empathy and was slightly unprofessional. And questioned if I had actually returned the vehicle that morning. -__- So by this time, I’m annoyed. Because It’s been 3 days and I haven’t received my refund of my $350 deposit, I was overcharged and I have a prick on the phone questioning my logic. Spoke with Mark who has issued a refund and again in my opinion lacked genuine empathy. Great company with lots of potential, but boy o boy, sometimes you have to jump through hoops to get adequate service. But, I guess that’s almost every company except chic fil a. Lol

Thank God for great customer service from Janelle C. She is super great to be around and helped me with the whole process. Definitely recommend this location. The car they gave me was definitely better than my own lol.

We reserved our car online, it was easy.

We arrived at their office at the appointed time.  For some reason, we were going to need to wait for our car to be ported from another office in the noon hour rush.

They upgraded us to a really fine automobile.

Our round trip to a gambling casino in LA was about 500 miles, the car was extremely comfortable and easy to drive.

We returned the car in the middle of a TX style rain storm, the office personnel were handling a number of customers.  They remained calm, business oriented, and extremely focused on helping everyone in a friendly manner.

We recommend Enterprise Leasing to everyone.  We needed a car "NOW", Enterprise in the person of Bethany Meeks got us a great car right away.
