**FIND A DIFFERENT LOCATION***
I've rented from this location for a long time UNFORTUNATELY the guy who used to be in charge left and things pretty much went downhill from there. I continued to rent because the new owners were nice UNFORTUNATELY someone being nice doesn't excuse poor service (and today I got to see what the not so nice side looks like). Today was the second time I've been overcharged at this location. After realizing it I called (within 5 minutes of leaving). After being told there was no extra charge and then given to the manager I was told that because I prepaid I had to call AVIS customer service regarding the overcharge. I already know that nothing will be done because I'm waiting for a refund from them from many moons ago. I said YOU should refund me the money because YOU charged it. I was again directed to call the 800 number. I guess at least that was a step up from them trying to convince me that there was no charge even though I was looking at it AND my credit card alerted me that it was done.

I rented a full sized car from the I 10 W at greenhouse location and the staff was wonderful. Everything was ready ahead of time, and the car was clean. When I brought the car back I even got a ride home. I love that service.

Friendly and helpful staff, my car was not available when I arrived but agent was able to provide with another vehicle which was an upgrade for NO EXTRA CHARGE!!! This is the second time I rent from this location and will continue to do so.
