I will be making a formal complaint with the dealership about a racist remark that was made by a shuttle driver by the name of "Steve". What really bothers me about this is that I bring my Camry here for service and purchased my car from this location.  When you work in a customer service position, you should leave your feelings about races/nationalities at home or not voice them out loud. I asked to be shuttled less than 3 miles away but when the guy realized he was about to enter overtime on his shift he said to his colleague, "I'll pass the baboon on to you" as if that was a perfectly acceptable comment to make in front of an African American customer.

Went to dealership prepared to buy a new car. Found the sales team to have a extremely low skill set with a mom/pop used car dealership appearance. Representatives smoking beside the building; personal phone calls; speaking in languages customers can't understand. When asked to test drive; pulled car around and had been smoking in the car as it was full of smoke. Couldnt answer technical questions and left without buying anything despite having cash in hand. Going to another dealership to pay cash for the car I was looking for today. A strong reflection of the hiring capabilities of the general manager.
