Never again. If my car had been just fine, I would be giving this dealership a strong, positive review. They have a great waiting room and friendly, knowledgeable folks in sales. Yes, the waiting on the day I bought my car was exceptionally long (over 7 hours for the whole process), but the staff created a warm family vibe. BUT... The new car I wanted had been sold. There was supposed to be another in the same color. When it was finally located, it turned out to be one that had been used as a loaner or for dealership business. It had nearly 6,000 miles on it. But I was assured it was technically a new car, and they threw in window tinting and worked with me on the finance rate to compensate for the miles. My fault: I should have inspected it carefully before agreeing to buy it. It turned out to have quite a few issues. They gave me a loaner for a couple of weeks and tinted the windows and replaced a reflector. None of the other problems got fixed, but although I've tried to see what they proposed to do, I haven't had e-mails answered by my salesman, the service manager, the new sales manager, or the general manager. Even a voicemail message went ignored. I waited years to get a new car, and when I finally got one, it's got visible wear and things that need to be repaired. What happened to the attentive, friendly Jim Ellis VW that first sold me the car?

I’d give my car-buying experience with Jim Ellis Volkswagen at 5901 Peachtree Blvd SIX STARS if I could! Knowledgeable, friendly salespeople. Fairly brave, too, since they sell cars that are sometimes very fast, to people who want to test-drive very fast! I had a good experience with the actual “buying” part as well; they offered me a reasonable and fair trade-in and all the financial details were well-explained and clearly documented. Taking my 2018 Tiguan in for a tire balance at the service department tomorrow, and I expect that to be a positive experience as well.

Warm and welcoming staff there is one particular sales guy who gave me the most exceptional customer service experience ever. My battery was out of factory warranty for replacement. I recently relocated from Seattle and had a battery issue he was able to get my battery replaced at no cost to me and had me on my way he asked will as the rest of the team for there awesome work.

Jim Ellis Volkswagen's staff made buying my new car easy! Keith Perkins was awesome to work with! Whenever I thought I was going to have to settle for my second choice vehicle. Keith gave me options that were not offered at my previous dealership. He ordered my 2018 Atlas and kept me updated on the order. It came in sooner than expected. When I picked up my car, Michael Landon explained all of my financing options and told me how to pay my car off early! Thank you very much!

I had an appointment on 2nd October, 2017. Rose was very cordial and fantastic. My original appointment was at 9:30 on that day and I rescheduled it later that day. The person who took my call to reschedule, told me that rescheduling is not necessary as it was in the same day and I can come any time. I stopped by around 2:50pm. The person who was originally in change of servicing my car, was exceptionally rude and did not help at all. Jim Ellis should take a note on that. Rose was kind enough to take a look and took care of my car very well! I totally appreciate Rose's professionalism at Jim Ellis.
