I am ashamed I don't remember the name of the tall, black haired, football player sized gentlemen who rented me a car recently. He was alone and there were about 5 people in line. He was courteous, attentive, and multi-tasking. He didn't waste a second and was working with everyone at once never confusing the step of the process each person was on. If he was going outside, he would let each person in line know he was helping this person and would be right back to help them with their next step. He made polite conversation with each person while asking all the right questions. I use Enterprise when I can and my general experience is above average wherever I rent. I very rarely spend any time writing reviews but as a seasoned manager I recognize that 1 in 50 genuine and exceptional employee. There are some things you can't fake. It's people like him that make your name shine and will excel in any job he's in. You better give that guy a raise and/or promotion or someone else may woo him to capitalize on his commensurate services! My wife had dropped off the car so I didn't get to show him my thanks and shake his hand. With this review I hope credit is given where credit is due!

Enterprise Rental is real life saver. I had car accident and insurance totalled my car. I run to Enterprise and rent a car for a week.It was great help until I bought a car. They are very friendly and professional. I paid $104 for a week! It's awesome. Thank you service!.

Great staff. They pick you up and will also drop you off, except at SeaTac airport. They will accommodate you and will match Costco prices. I always use this rental place when I visit family in the Renton area and need a car.

Friendly customer service. I got there almost closing time to return the car and they stay after closing time to take care of me. Everyone in there is very polite.
