Unbelievably EASY rental experience! No hassles, no pressure, just the car we needed in a few minutes of time. We rent with everyone, but will stick with Hertz in this area for sure. Camille took great care of us and was super friendly and accommodating, can't recommend this location enough!

Worst rental car experience I've had. I had this set up with my insurance company to provide me services while my car is being repaired. Not only did the lady I talk to act extremely unprofessionally on the phone she offered no solution to HER issue of not being able to pick me up or provide me with a car. Then proceeded to ask me if I could provide my own ride to pick up the car. Completely ridiculous.

My car insurance provided a rental vehicle for me to use while my car was being repaired. They sent me to this Hertz location to pick up my car rental. The location itself was very small and constricted. There wasn't that much space to maneuver in or out of the venue and parking was very limited. Processing the papers to get the rental vehicle was pretty painless. The staff was professional and I was in and out, in less than ten minutes. My only complaint, was that the car that I was given had a lingering scent of smoke. The scent wasn't strong, but you could definitely tell somebody had been smoking in the car before. The car itself was in very good condition, the inside and outside were clean and everything operated as expected. Returning the car was easy. There's a gas station literally right next to the venue. I didn't have any problems with checking out. Overall it was a positive experience.

Camille, Hertz site rep.made sure we're timely for my flight. However, the website convinced me that rides will provided within 15 minutes of their site; that wasn't so! Shes only one there.
