The associate at this Enterprise named Fred was extremely helpful and kind. Having never rented a car before he explained everything well and helped me understand what I was paying for and what I needed to do. If we ever need to rent a car again we will hope to work Fred. Thank you so much!

I LOVE THE EMPLOYEES!!! Granted they ended up knowing me by name and face cause of my situation! They took great care of me and gave professional advice that was heartfelt. I really felt like they were friends who cared about me. Highly suggest going there.

The customer service over the phone and in person was great.  The car was clean and I was able to pick it up earlier than I expected. My only complaint about all the Seattle area Enterprises is the lack of service provided for pick up and drop off of customers.  I was at the Kent Enterprise with my girlfriend and were told we couldn't get a ride to the airport because it wasn't in their zone.  I have traveled to other cities where zoning was never an issue. The only reason I booked with Enterprise was because of the convenience of drop off and pick up, just as their motto states. Unfortunately, it's not true for every state.

Great service. Everyone I spoke to was friendly. The car I got was excellent (although made for someone shorter than me). I saved so much money renting in Kent than at the SeaTac airport. I would do it again. Thank you.
