stars. Lady inside told us to wait outside in the lobby when shes ready to assist us. Another Hertz worker came into the room and they talk for about 30 minutes. The first gal left with no eye contact and the other gal says theres no more vehicles availble. We have a reservation. Why didnt they just say that the        first moment we arrived? Wasted 30  minutes. Go else where.

Hands down the WORST rental I’ve ever been to/used. Completely unprofessional and rude. Ramone in particular, spent a good portion of the time on her phone texting and making personal calls. Can’t believe an insurance company would send anyone here. The brakes on the car barely work, and it smells like it leaks water.
