i have had very good customer service and the cars have been great. The last time I used them I mistakenly showed up a day early and they were still able to get me a car. I am very happy with eneterprise.

Totally Satisfied is the Bottom Line! Front to back, the whole process was fast and efficient. The Staff there is Knowledgeable and Super Friendly! Josh took care of My rental procedure like a BOSS.. Clean, well maintained vehicle, I will use Enterprise, on Patton, for any other car rental needs for sure! Thank Y'all Very much!!

The car had no smoking signs, and the agent specifically told me it was a non-smoking car ( I do not smoke) but the car smelled so bad I went and bought air fresheners and had to drive with the windows down the whole time I had the car. It wasn't practical for me to go back and switch cars otherwise I would have.

The vehicle was ready at the requested time. It was clean and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
