Since Dale left local Enterprise,  it sucks! I have stopped renting cars from HWY 160 enterprises.    I had reservations a few months ago and the sales rep never showed u had 5 people waiting to pick up or drop off vehicles and office was closed all day. The headquarters had no idea why office was not open.   So disappointed.

I will never use these crooks again. Snuck a 70 dollar charge on my card 3 months later. Thought I wouldnt notice. Crooks! The manager there smells like a shady sales guy from a block away. Should have known better. But ya got me with the upsale joker. Looks like ya got me at least once. But not twice you clown shoe.

This location rented me a car that didn't have a license plate on it. I figured that a car w/o a license plate would get me pulled over easy by the police. and that is going to waste A LOT of TIME that and be really annoying for a simple fix of having a rental car with a license plate.  I brought this up to the agent that showed me  the car on initial inspection and he said, "oh no it will be fine b/c you have a dmv sticker in the front window."  Sure enough the police stopped me on my way to my meeting up in NW Las Vegas. The cop was nice, and told me that they had been telling rental car companies not to do this for years. The cop still had to go through his procedure of checking everything and this ended up making me not crazy late, but still late to my meeting which was embarrassing. I learned my lesson w/ this location that day. I brought the issue up when I returned the car but the staff didn't seem too concerned w/ it. Don't rent a car w/o a license plate on it regardless of what the counter agent tells you.  Also the car only had a little over a half a tank of gas which was also a bit of an annoyance, but not nearly as bad as having to waste your own time b/c Enterprise can't have their own vehicles up to date w/ at least a temporary license plate to keep you from getting pulled over. You would think that a company as big as Enterprise would at least be professional enough to save their customers this hassle, but obviously this isn't a concern of theirs. At least there are plenty of other companies to rent from.
