I went with my husband yesterday afternoon to look at a used SUV. We told the salesman, Al, up front our budget. He said thank you for being up front with your budget. He showed us a SUV $4,000 over our budget but promised he would work with us with the price. My husband and I left the dealership after a little more looking around. When we got home we went online to look up the SUV we were interested in and saw the same exact vehicle online for $4,000 less than the salesman, Al, quoted us. I was very shocked that he lied to us about the price. A little later the same day my husband and I wanted to go back to dealership to test drive the vehicle to see if we really liked all aspects of the SUV. When we got there, we wanted to give Al another chance to be honest with us about the price so we asked him again what the price was. He responded the same amount, $4,000 more than the online price. We were so disappointed/disgusted that we were being lied to straight to our faces. So we continue with the whole process of test driving and so on. We get into his office. We ask Al again how much for the car, he quoted us the same price which was $4,000 more than the online price.  My husband finally told him why is he quoting us $4,000 more than the online price? He seemed very uncomfortable ​and went to get his manager. His manager, which I forgot his name, said the online price is a memorial day sale price and that they would honor the price anyway. But we told them​ no cause we didn't trust them after being LIED to several different times throughout our visit in the price.  I will be advising all my friends and family about my experience with Rizza Ford in Orland Park that they are dishonest people working there and not to go there to buy a car. The salesman didn't even try to make it right after he lied to us.  By the way, their is no advertising for memorial day sale on the website. So I think the manger is lying to us too. They just lost a good and loyal customer. We will never buy from Orland Ford dealership.

Was here yesterday after being informed by phone that I would be able to receive a loaner from the company. To find out I had to rent a car from Enterprise. I am so disappointed that no one could help me with this problem because ever manger seems to have left at 5:00 pm. I was offer a one day free rent from Enterprise by Scott from sales but that still does not solve my problem. After today I will not have a vehicle to drive to get back and forth to work considering I do own a Lincoln. I was just foolish to think because I own a Lincoln I would receive a car on the same style as the one I brought in to get repair.

I just wanted to write a review for Joe Rizza Ford Lincoln in Orland as I have nothing but great things to say about their service department.  I purchased my car from another Lincoln dealership last year but I have been bringing my car to Joe Rizza as it is closer to my home and my experience has been such that I will definitely purchase from them the next time as they are the whole package.  Very courteous and they take care of you the minute you drive into the service department, friendly and on top of getting you in and out, very organized!  I had my car in for maintenance last week and as I was waiting in the service area for them to bring me my car, I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Rizza, he was very friendly and made sure that I was being taken care of.   For me, Joe Rizza Ford Lincoln rates up there with my experience with car dealerships, I was very loyal to Peter Levin Pontiac in Chicago Heights back in the 80's-90's and then Gregg Motor in Joliet and NOW... it will be Joe Rizza Ford Lincoln!!  Outstanding dealership/service department!

We had done a great deal of research before moving forward with our purchasing plans.   We were pleased that the pricing was inline with what we expected with no finagling or games being played.  Very happy with the straightforward buying experience. When we realized none of the cars had the unique combination of packages we were looking for, Ken Hook located us one that did within a few minutes.  We were very pleased with his concern that we get exactly what we needed and weren't forced to start our car buying adventure over again.  A great salesman to work with!

My very first car a 2005 Escape was bought here and I just purchased a 2017 Escape. Even though times and cars have changed over the years this dealership is awesome. The personnel were very friendly, explained everything so it could be understood, and I appreciated the "no pressure" experience. Thank you Joe Rizza and thank you Ford for making dependable cars.
