First visit : Great service and friendly staff ready to help. This is my first visit on a busy Saturday afternoon, manager came out to help extra crowd. Provided information on any official recalls and estimates. Good space to pass time while my car getting serviced.

Second visit : Planned for 30K special service as shown on their website. When i visited for service, i came to know there are few more services that need to be done and not included of package i saw on their website. Had to payout extra $100.

DON'T DELETE MY REVIEW. 

I purchased a brand new vehicle from this place on 12/22/2016, I already went to the title office once to get an additional temporary tag and it has been 69 days and my temporary tag is about to expire and I'm still waiting them to send it to me. I went to the dealership at least 3-4 times, I called them at least 10 times. Only thing they say I'm going to receive my tag soon. They only care about you until they sell you the car, after that nobody cares. I have never waited more than 2 months to receive my actual license tag in my life. 

My service experience is even worst then my new purchase. 2 times they made me wait 5-8 hours for an oil change. This time they did the tire rotation for my brand new vehicle, guess what?  3 lug nuts are missing from my tires.

Overall if you don't want a headache with anything, don't go to Nalley Nissan. I gave 2 stars earlier and they deleted my comment. Because of this I'm giving 1 star now.

I wish this place was better. I submitted a request online for more info on a pre-owned 2016 Rogue. I received a call from Toni and confirmed the vehicle was in stock and available to test drive. I scheduled a time and arrived at the facility 30 minutes later and of course the car is gone and I was being shown a vehicle over $3k more. No trying to go lower on the price of the car shown only that they would figure out what happened and if payments were a problem they would happily go up to 72 months to help me out with that. No, I want the vehicle I came for or make it right, not too much to ask for.

Jeremy Dubose and Steve Brown provided the best car buying experience for me!  It was easy, no pressure and I felt like I made two friends.  I highly recommend this dealership and both of these wonderful professionals.  I will be sending all my friends there!  Thanks so much Steve and Jeremy!

I bought a brand new nissan rouge but from this place and I had a great experience but know that I brought it in for the first oil change and I have never been in a more cold and bitter atmosphere then the this service department. I stood for like 5 minuets without anyone even noticing me. And I walked up to one of the people and the first thing he said was “What Up” I had never been more offended in a dealership before. Luckily for there was a nice young lady that came out and handled the situation better she was the only reason I came back.
