Tia was absolutely incredible to work with.  Without a doubt the easiest (and most fun!) car-buying experience I've ever had.  She was professional and warm, and I was out of there with my amazing new car in just over two hours, start to finish.  Everyone else I encountered along the way was also friendly and helpful and created a zero-pressure environment.  Definitely recommend!  (Ask for Tia, though.  For sure.)

The service department was absolutely incredible. My service advisor (Ronnell Rhodes) was very helpful. My 2006 M45 started having issues during my morning commute to work. I immediately began my search for the nearest dealer. Thankfully, I found Nalley Infinity. I walked in without an appointment and Mr. Rhodes jumped right into action. He was very professional, thorough, and accommodating. I will definitely choose Nalley Infinity for all of my future service needs.

Just purchased my wife a really nice Lexus suv from Andrew. He really went to the limit to describe the vehicle and , even though it was perfect, he helped me get a better price. (Can I say that ? ) So Andrew and the folks at Nalley get 5 stars . Thanks a bunch.

We had a horrible experience with this dealership. We purchased a vehicle and upon pulling out onto I-285 the gas light came on. A few weeks later I was contacted being asked to bring the car in because it hadn't had an emissions test !!!! This was my 3rd Infiniti purchase so I was shocked to  have received this type of service.  I was told by the sales rep and Sales Manager I'd  get reimbursed for both and guess what to this moment no reimbursement nor an even acknowledgement there was a problem. At this point I  wouldn't recommend this dealership.

Excellent experience!! Meet with Jason and Bruce. They listened to our needs and got us in the right vehicle! They definitely earned our business for life! the entire experience was fantastic! Thank you guys we are loving the QX80! Keep on doing what you do!
