My appointment (verbal) was followed up with an email and calendar invite. When I arrived I was expected and treated accordingly. Loaner agreed upon at the outset was processed speedily. Received email when work was done and again, speedy exchange of keys and paperwork.
Work was performed to satisfaction, and follow-up was excellent.
Only rub was getting there for 7AM appointment, no sign pointing to anything open and one gets the impression the place is closed. All else was great!

I'm an "Ole" lady with a "Old" Mini that's my baby (sometimes) LoL 
I absolutely love the awesome customer service that we get on our visits to Global! Ericka (the cashier & phone receptionist) is excellent! She always gives service with a smile and it helps that has a great phone voice! Desmond (my service advisor) is outstanding! He's a perfect combination of personality, product knowledge, and professionalism! He's the BEST!!!  Kevin (the ASE Tech) is amazingly knowledgeable, he takes the time to explain problems and solutions; I trust his advisement and his credibility is admirable! Chris, who looked at my convertible top, is a manager with the kind of passion that shows how prideful he is about his work!  Thanks for your really solid advice Chris, I'll be back for the top service...
Guys keep up the good work because together you're a super good team!  ...

Always A Very Pleasant Experience!! Desmond Have Been My Smart Go To Guy For Quite A While Now!! He's Keeps Me Coming Back!! I Also Had The Opportunity To Speak With Josh And He Was Also Great At What He Does!! Thanks Guys!!😁

Sergei Antipov is an excellent service person that went way beyond getting me the Mini I needed for me and my grandchildren and great grandchildren! 
Great service,  greatest free coffee, and always clean bathroom!
The whole staff at Global Mini was excellent and knew their jobs and done them well! Thanks for sharing and caring the love you given me!

I posted a previous review a year ago unhappy with the customer service in the parts dept. I decided to give them another shot last week and spent $315 with Paul. I also stated I had a large order as my daughter had wrecked her R56 but would prefer to email that list to simplify the process. Paul provided his email and I sent him the info that evening. I did not hear anything the following day so the next day I called to be sure he received it and he stated “ I might can get to it late today but will probably be the next day” so I asked if doing business and helping customers is more important than inventory? Paul replied “yes right now the inventory is more important” I was floored...and still several days later have received no response. 
So I sent the list to Mall of Ga mini and they had it processed in 30 min spending the $2462.99 with them. Global needs to take some lessons from the Hendrick group.
