If it was possible to give this post office a 0 stars i would have chosen it. THEY DO NOT DELIVER YOUR MAIL!!!!! HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE!?. I wait the whole day sometimes for a light package and i would just get an "attempt was made to deliver" REALLY!? it would be better if it just said "our courier doesn't feel like going into your building and handing you your package". If you don't get your package and decide you wanna pick it up GOOD LUCK! You're either gonna have to wait 2 hours on the 1 window pick up line or they won't even have your package. There are no alternatives this is what we are stuck with.

9 p.m. Thursday, January 18 and still no mail delivery to our building. Two nights ago the mail was delivered at 9:30 p.m. by a mailman working overtime. This post office needs adequate staffing so the mail can be delivered in a timely manner. Timely means by 5 p.m.

This is the worst post office I have encountered in the entire country! The manager and the staff are incompetent. They hardly ever deliver packages to anyone in the neighborhood and then everyone comes to pick them up. They usually have only one person staffing the pickup window with 40-50 people in line, while they have 3 or more windows open for sending packages even if they have no one in line. This didn’t happen one time. It’s consistent over the last 3 years I have lived in this neighborhood. I usually wait there for 1-2 hours just to pick up a package.

They never deliver! I work from home! I KNOW they never deliver! They just don't deliver if they don't feel like it. Multiple Amazon packages "missing". Lines for hours. Rude workers. They search and search for every single package because everything in back is a mess. Your ID address better match the package or you wont get it... if you just moved - you are screwed until you update your ID address.

This branch should BE CLOSED. The management and workers can not keep up with the demand of customers. I have had too many unbelievably incompetent experiences here. Again, this branch should BE SHUT DOWN. It does not provide the function that it should in a manner that takes care of it's customers. I waited in line for over an hour to pick up a package. And then I had to leave before I was even close to the pick up window. I may be wrong, but the USPS is supposed to DELIVER mail. Not hold it ransom for our time. Not everyone can wait in line for two hours on a Saturday in order to pick up a package. The other issue was that the line for mailing packages was very short and had FOUR windows with cashiers devoted to it. When I spoke to the manager and pointed out that this was ill-planned she told me that she had to keep those windows open to take money because that money makes the post office run. I understand that BUT you don't need four windows for a line that is 2-3 people long when there is another line 50 plus people deep. Makes no sense. Please close this branch!
