Gets the job done! I brought my wedding invitations here about 30 min before they closed - they had three windows open so line moved relatively quickly.  They charged me only $1 to hand cancel my envelopes which I had dip-pen calligraphied myself on an angle.  (50 or less is free) My attendant Eve was so friendly and congratulated me :-) At least 1 self-service kiosk was operational as well.  They had a small rack of greeting cards and gift-cards for purchase in case you forget one.

Came here to deliver package today and the lady who was attending me was very rude and dismissive. She did not care to help me out. I asked for tape to just tape the shipping label and all she offered me was a glue stick. Other post offices I have to been to have been nice enough to provide tape for the shipping label. I told the lady this and she said “Have you been to my exact window?” In a very demeaning way. I told her I was going to another post office and all she said was “bye”. DO NOT GO HERE! They do not care if they lose customers.

The lady behind the inquiry counter was pleasent and helpful but I got lucky.  The majority of the staff is unfriendly, indifferent and not customer service centric.  The USPS must overhaul it's system and update staff training to be caring, helpful and customer based in a rapid changing competitive market.

I have been to many post offices both big and small...but this place is the worst I have ever been to. I walked out in disbelief and these words just spilled out of my mouth coming from my heart...."wow....how rude!" I am writing this to inform people not to go in the morning as the experience will truly ruin your day. Giving a 1 star is "courtesy."

I work with this particular USPS very often. I order a lot of products and the courier is usually USPS. They tend to hold onto packages for an excessive amount of time. This is an inconvenience to me and many customers. They are also very unhelpful when you call and try to get a hold of your package. They are dismissive and rude. They're not there to help customers, they make things extremely difficult. If I had a choice, I wouldn't use USPS service. One of my packages were vitamins that I really needed. I had to catch a red eye flight, and they told me that it wasn't possible for them to get my package that was already there according to my tracking info. I wish you could put half a star..
