Dealing with the employees and service from this USPS has been the worst customer experience ever. On multiple occasions my packages have not been delivered even after taking the necessary steps to changing my address. THEY ARE LAZY INCLUDING DELIVERY DRIVERS. I WISH THE GOVERNMENT SHUTS THIS LOCATION DOWN.

Extremely horrible services. I got sent there from another US PS location and was told to specifically ask for a manager otherwise I will not get an answer. I've been proceeded to ask for a manager and the lady who originally picked up the phone said she was a manager though she could barely speak English. I could tell she was chewing gum while on the phone and she did not have the best grammar. Long story short I was looking for my $5000 check that I had previously been there five times to check on and I kept getting a different story every time .I was then told it would be there the following week and so I waited,proceeded to call again The following week and I called for 4 days straight and was not able to get in touch with anyone. I tried calling a main office but I was put on a two hour wait. It has been 17 days since the original delivery date of my check and I have yet to receive an answer. Since the check is from the state it's hard to get an answer from them too and their fees for voiding a check and issue a new one I really high. UPS might be a little more pricey but it's definitely worth it .

All this post office do is steal your damn mail and say they delivered it which is a big ass lie do yourselves a favor and just avoid sending packages through them PERIOD!!!!!!!!!

They were very helpful in sending me and my husbands big packages across country. I would definitely recommend this place for sending a lot or a little amount of packages! Very pleased

Today my package turned 6 days old that it is in the post office.Happy birthday! Thx though i already canceled the order.
