Update: changed from 1 to 4 stars overnight! in November of 2017 I had some work done on my Suburban at Waldorf Chevrolet. About a month later I noticed another leak in the same area and took it back to the dealership. Initially I was not happy with the response from the service department and left the dealership super frustrated. The next morning I got a call from the service manager. We had an open  conversion about the issue and some of the details involved. I was surprised to get the call but further impressed by the service managers dedication to ensure there was a fair outcome for both them and myself. Thank you Dan for trying to explain and thank you Jason for the follow up. Great customer service!

We bought a Chevy Spark a little over a year ago at the Chevy dealership in Waldorf, MD. The salesperson and finance staff were awesome.  We bought the service plan for our oil changes.  In the past year, we’ve had to take the car in because it is leaking oil twice.  They replaced the seal at least once.  Today, once again we are taking the car in because it’s leaking oil.  This is unacceptable!  A new car should not be leaking oil!  There are oil spots all over our driveway!  We had a Toyota Yaris with 200000 miles that did not leak, ever.  I’m seriously over American cars!

Walked in and stood around waiting for someone to wait on me. Finally after a minute or so, an older lady asked if I needed some help. She asked John to take care of me. Spent most of the time chasing him around the showroom as he was doing something which shows I'm not much of a priority. He took down my information and promised he'd email me details on the car I'm looking for. No email, and I'm not going back. It's certainly not Ken Dixon anymore...
