I had a great experience!  Staff was amazing!  Car was brand-new and clean.  Quick Check in and out!  I will only go to this location to rent vehicles!

Just got rearended yesterday so i went to hertz to rent a car. The lady takes for ever to help me finally hands it off to someone else. Still waiting then he tells me my card cannt be used and hands me a paper. I look at it and it says they cannot approve me because of my credit score. I understand totally but do not sit here and tell me its because of my card ... So i called enterprise car rentals very friendly they approved me and gave me a discount because i had a claim number... Hertz didnt even ask for that information. It was meant too be i got a rental car for a cheaper rate and they paid for my uber. I made the mistake og paying for my uber too hertz and paying for one home... Thank you enterprise for really understanding my frustration and giving me great service.

Worse experience ever at this location because of how this staff treated me was awful. This guy at the front desk was rude and did not know how to serve its customers at all. The way he completed my pick up and drop off service and answered my questions simply was like I owe him money. Never in my life wrote a review online but this time.

Rude, that's all I can even say. I never take the time out of my day to post reviews but I didn't have time to complain to upper management at the time and people need to know my experience with this office. I called to verify if they had a larger sized SUV before setting up a reservation, as I had been calling around all day. The representative told me no and proceeded to ask me questions I felt like I was being scolded for not calling in sooner as these vehicles are harder to get on short notice. I advised the representative that it is late notice as my vehicle was going in for repairs and was not planed. I HEARD her whisper under her breath calling me an idiot! I will never rent here and hope no one will ever have to experience this...

Last minute planning (a usual for me... I was only hoping (and praying lol) that there would be a vehicle to rent. Jeremy was incredible! He respectfully and patiently explained the process and I was grateful for his listening ears. I will definitely be back to rent from Hertz.
