Only one person working so took a long time to check in. Once Mike helped us he was slightly rude. We specifically made reservations for a compact/ economy car for the gas mileage. Yet the vehicle we received was a minivan. Not thrilled about that nor the gas mileage for our trip. Why offer a service if you do not have the products to deliver?

Get rid of the Jeep Patriots.  I was given a Jeep Patriot with low tire pressure sensor going off, loud tires, and maybe even the differential being busted.  It was the worst car I've ever driven in my life, and I've driven military vehicles with weak or no AC in the desert overseas.  This location also needs at least two workers.  The poor guy was swamped.  I was very lucky to meet KEVIN DEES at the Phoenix Sky Harbor location who swapped out my car for me at no charge and put my family into a Ford Escape instead which was way more comfortable, I cannot thank KEVIN DEES enough!  Also why the hell does a relatively new Jeep Patriot not have any USB plugs?  What year is it, 2000?

If anyone want a car for a day, weekend, or month. compare to everyone else and I mean everyone else like AARP, Costco, and all the major rental car agencies this is your one stop shop. I have tried the others all of them and I have rented my last 7 cars from AVIS. Avis indeed have the best rates. Each time I use my Allstate Motor Club discounts No one beats Avis. I have tried using the same discount with other rental car agencies, I keep coming back to Avis. Try them you may like them as much as I do.

Sherry is awesome!! We've been going here for years bc of her!! Even when we moved to the east side of town!! She is super helpful and friendly!!
