I am extreamly pleased with my experience with Enterprise Rent A Car. I reserved my rental on line which was very easy. When I picked up my rental it was the vehicle I had request. I recieved a rather newer vehicle which was very nice. The only bad remark I can say is... the vehicle was not cleaned inside when we picked it up, however before I dropped it back off we took the vehicle to the car wash and vacuumed it out for the next person and when I returned it to Enterprise they gave me a very nice percent off my rental fee for doing this.

I had great service and upgrade to a different vehicle and it was a very comfortable vehicle to drive. The one drawback to Enterprise for future renting is not being able to return a car on Sunday. I would have this year if that was available.

I tell you what David Harris!!! took care of me a couple of times, Excellent customer’s service, was very polite and took care of my rental right away and even sat in the car with me before I left to make sure everything was fine including my blue tooth for the phone. Keep up the great work David!! Emilena Nelson

These guys took care of us during a stressful time and had great patience with us. They were very friendly and cool under pressure (they seemed very busy) and I appreciated how helpful they were.

I reserved a vehicle and when it was ready they picked me up. The lady that picked me up was very professional, courteous and pleasant. when we arrived at Enterprise Michelle had everything ready to go. Bless her heart, this poor lady. I called her like 6 times to rearrange my reservation and try and get the best car for my family of 5 to travel comfortably in at a price that was comfortable for me. She went way above and beyond to handle every change and request and make sure that everything was perfect. Before I left I gave her a hug and thanked her for all she did. when we returned the car she was not there but the 2 gentlemen that were took good care of us and were very professional, helpful and professional. We always rent from Enterprise but from now one this location will be our "home" location. I just love them and can't express how easy, convenient and heart warming this last experience was.
