Best place in Hoboken to rent a car. Made the mistake of using Avis in Hoboken previously which was a disaster so used Enterprise instead this time. The girl who dealt with me was excellent (you want to hang onto her Enterprise!). I was there no longer than 10 minutes before I was on my way. She explained everything perfectly and set up the GPS for me. Will definitely use again.

I rent a car once a month for work or personal use. Having experienced working with pretty much every major rental car company, I can say with confidence that Enterprise far exceeds the customer experience from any other provider. Like many, I used to look for the lowest price given the seemingly comparable product but as it turns out, the product is in fact NOT COMPARABLE. Whatever the incremental cost (if any) using Enterprise will always be my first choice. Here's a few reasons why: - Speed... they are by far the fastest at getting you in and out - Simplicity... they have boiled down the customer experience to be way more transparent and easy to understand than other providers - Customer service... the employees are always anxious to help and are almost always over the top friendly when working with customers Worth noting - This particular location is usually more expensive than Newark Airport but obviously more convenient if you live in Hoboken, or close by.

Enterprise @112-134 River St, Hoboken, NJ is a great location to rent from. The staff are pleasant and efficient. The manager Chris is knowledgeable and attentive.

I had been a customer periodically over the years. This time, they tried to scam me. I had to use the drop off service, the next thing i know they are telling me there was damaged to the vehicle and they were charging my credit card and get this, they did not show me one picture showing proof of the damage. I had to contact the better business bureau to get involved. If you must use them take extensive pictures of the vehicle after you return it even the roof as that is where they claimed the damage was. Scammers!!!

Convenient location. Great customer service. Nice car. In and out in less than than 10 minutes. No unexpected fees. I have no complaint.
