A no hassle, eager to please their customers and was willing to help out with the situation of me having to drop a car to two locations, instead a return back to the original location, to my satisfaction. Use the locations at Bishop Flint Airport and Monroe Michigan Telegraph Road. Chris there was excellent and helpful. You several times this past year and will continue to use in the future.

Called for car at 9:30am on Monday 12/4/17 I needed  a for one or two weeks . I was told I could get it at1:30pm. Got a phone call at 12:20am telling me that the car didn't come back in. They would  call me around  2:30pm.
No phone call back I called back around 4:45pm they didn't not think they would have a car until the next day. 
I didn't hear from ENTERPRISE THE NEXT DAY AGAIN so I called again I was promised  a car that day in the afternoon. Again no phone call back Wednesday 
I called back to ENTERPRISE  I was promised the next car that came in that I was on top of the list I would get a car ENTERPRISE will call me. 
AGAIN NO PHONE CALL BACK FROM ENTERPRISE MONROE RENT-A-CAR, so my rating is a -5 STARS because  I had to walk to work the work.
This was the 1st time I tried rent a car from  MONROE ENTERPRISE  AND WILL BE THE LAST TIME.

Super easy to get a rental car, with no hassle! In and out in a timely manner as well. The staff was friendly and professional. We've rented cars several times in the past and they've always been very accommodating! They will pick you up from home or wherever you may be 😊

First, I received a better-than-expected vehicle.  Rented a Standard-size 
for 3 days and was given a Jeep - thank you Enterprise!
My only complaint is this: I don't smoke, but I can tell when a rented vehicle has been smoked in.  You can use all the cleaners you want, but there's that distinctive smell that still lingers, which is what we had.  It's hard to deal with smell when you have to leave the windows closed because it's cold outside.  Other than that, everything else was wonderful!  I'll be renting from them again!
