When i went to pick up my rental car the girl I dealt with was very snobby, rude, and acted like she was better than me with her rude gestures and just how she was treating me. I was booked to have a small compact car or if a little bigger be okay and so when time to get car and now they had a few out in parking lot and 2 had just been returned and she said oh I have your mini van ready i said what no im not driving that plus it's to big and she kept saying I have no more cars and oh how sorry she was well i spoke my mind a car got cleaned and she did it out of spite of tried to she is just rude and thanks that everyone owes her something and better than the next walking in the door watch our the ones going there for a rental I love enterprise but that chick she is horrible and her customer service ha is killing you guys. So if you go in and see a young lady in her 20s I would say ask for someone else or give her a dose of her own medicine :(

Poor way to do business. Reserved a rental vehicle online from Franklin NC Enterprise for vacation. Even got a confirmation email. Arrived at enterprise to pick up vehicle an hour early but they had no vehicle. Why send a confirmation if no vehicle available?The lady at the counter explained that she had tried to call me a few hours earlier but when I tried to return the call 9 times I could get no one to answer or answer machine. Called customer service and explained the situation but they just forwarded my call to Sylva Enterprise which also did not have a vehicle. Messed up plans for family Christmas vacation. Do not recommend anyone to do business with this place.

What a horror show. They never seem to answer their phone. The office does not have a working answering machine. After a certain number of rings, it rolls to a fax machine and hangs up.  I made 15 calls over 2 hours before giving up. I borrowed a car to drive to their office so I could confirm my reservation and arrange a pick up. Then the rental that they quoted as $117 suddenly became $233 when they charged me twice for the drop off fee.  They promised to credit the difference, but I still haven't seen the credit show up on my card.  Unless I have absolutely no alternative, I will never ever rent from Enterprise again.
