Beware of renting from this location. I dropped off my rental and agent tried to point out non existent damage to the car. After speaking with the return agent I was told that there was no damage and that everything was fine. Today i received mail from Alamo's Damage Recovery Unit. They claim that i damaged their car and will be sending me estimate for repair. Total Scam!!!!!. Do not rent from this location.

I've always had a great experience with Alamo and it has been my go to company. However my most recent experience was a little disconcerting. I had reserved a compact car and at the counter was offered an upgrade which I too. When I went the parking lot to pick out my car, I was told that it would be brought to me. The valet brought me the car, it was a nice white but dirty car (the outside was still wet, so it looked like it was washed but someone did a lousy job). I asked for another car and then proceeded to pick one from the lot which was less than 50 feet away. All the other cars in the lot were nice and clean. I got the impression that they were trying to get rid of the worst or dirty cars first and save the rest for later. 
I felt very manipulated but have still given 3 stars based on my previous good experiences.

this place is an absolute disgrace. how can you run a business when you NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. you can't get ahold of a rep if your life depended on it. run. run far away from this god awful place. zero stars. I am making a complaint to corporate and the BBB. zero customer service. false advertised support and I will always tell people to use another company for the rest of my life. you should be ASHAMED of yourselves.

It was a little slow getting the car. I pre registered but the agent could not get the info. So, he had to manually load all the info. After that it was smooth sailing. Nice car, worked fine. It was super easy return.  The agent at the return site scanned the car and gave me a receipt,  done!!!! I have used Alamo in the past and it was a good experience.  I have two more trips planned and I have already booked the car. I would recommend Alamo! ,,,,,,

Alamo is always my first choice !  I love the ease, the good price and best of all the choice of cars when you get to your destination.  That will ALWAYS keep me coming back.  Nathan checked me out at Charlotte Douglas and he gets my highest praise.  Many, many THANK YOUS !
