People save yourself a huge headache and a couple of hundred dollars and DON’T rent from Budget Car Rental. I rented a car with them for 10 days then filled up the tank and returned it. Everything was fine at checkout up until a few months later... I see in my card statement I was charged $150. I talked to them and they told me it was for damaged tires! Seriously? After over 3 months you’re telling me the tires are no good!?!? They were perfectly fine when I returned the car and the guy checked it out! It’s absolutely ridiculous and unfair... and customer service (on the phone) were so rude and unprofessional I was shocked! I will NEVER use their business again. You lost a great customer! That’s why I’m gonna stick with Enterprise!

Great rental experience, nicer car than I expected and very fast service.  I am frequent car renter and the total experience with Budget was far superior to most of their competition.  Strongly recommend membership in their Fastbreak program.

Poor customer service. As 'nice' as the general manager was, my boyfriend had to call customer service in order for them to pull strings for me to have a car that was already paid for, otherwise, I would have been stranded. When I finally got a car (after 3 hours), it was actually a decent car.

Great experience. Very quick pick up and drop off. A good variety of vehicles. The staff was very kind.

From pick up to drop off it was good experience. Did not try to push the extra stuff. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Prices are about average for the other rental companies. Will rent from them again if needed.
