They no longer accepting loyal customers and changed rules upon no notice with customers who have been doing business with them for FIVE years! Their new policy request is you giving up a kidney, arm, leg and your first borne. Keep it simple for those  that's been down for your company giving it life. I am very unhappy with their service. It stinks!!

Very mean staff and you will be accused of smoking even when you do not smoke. it's a scheme for them to up charge your bill. Do not rent from the Charlotte airport location.

Had a great promotion that saved me money on a five day rental!! Staff was friendly. Car was clean and current....way better than my personal 2008 Sentra. Lol. Overall a great experience. Will recommend and rent again.

Very nice car I rented for the New Years 2015-2016 weekend.  Very dependable and clean.  Excellent gas mileage.  My daughter in law left her wallet with lots of important credentials in the car after being returned.  The team in Charlotte NC did the right thing by quickly handling the situation after we called to locate it.  They found it and helped her get the wallet returned to her.  We were very happy on how quick they acted.  I definitely would rent a car from Thrifty again!  Very pleased and satisfied.

Rude service, long lines, car has scratches from bumper to bumper. I'm standing at the counter after the attendant calls me over, she then walks away, when she returned, she called over a blue chip member and told me to move aside. Furious, I tried to explain how customer service works but she decided to have a shouting match with me instead. Had to be at least 20 customers in the place. Real professional on her part. If their cell phone rings, be prepared to wait even longer, they are more concerned about personal calls and texts rather then helping the line out the door. I have rented from other Thrifty's in the past with no issues. However, this location is the worst rental car experience I have ever had. Stay away if you can, you get what you pay for. Buyer beware.
