The staff were prompt, friendly, and courteous. Everything went well, but I am only giving 4 stars because I do not like that I requested an economy car in advance and when I came to pick it up they only had mid-size vehicles and tried to convince me they were giving me an upgrade even though the gas mileage is not as good and I had no need of a larger vehicle. They did agree to waive the requirements of a full gas tank at drop off, but the tank was only half full anyway. I also did not find out until I came to pick up the vehicle that you are required to pay for full coverage insurance, which is fine but I would have liked that to be included in the online quote instead of thrown in by surprise when I came to pick up the vehicle.

The Local managers are a disgrace. 
Ryan Long the Manager wrote up a claim against me that was straight up Attempted Insurance Fraud using some small shop in Wellington. 

I disputed the claim, Hail Damage when the weather had been perfect. Ryan T Long would not cooperate with myself or with my wife who went to the office to try to talk with Ryan about the claim. He treated her very poorly.

The Area manager supported Ryan Longs Fraudulent claim. Area manager claimed that the car I returned had the worst hail damage he had every seen......they tried to get my to turn 2500.00 into my insurance claim.

There was never a single hail ding on this car or anything else. 

Enterprise sent me Computer Generated bills trying to pass them over as damage Receipts. They sent super distorted pictures trying to support their fraudulent claims. 

They held my deposit for 2 months and I got several letters and harrassing phone calls. 

Finally someone in their claims office investigated and voided the claim.

This is the second time in one year that I had nightmare experiences with this local management. They held $400 of my money for 4 months claiming that my Bank was Responsible for taking my money and that they had reimbursed me.

I felt with the regional account and area manager. They both told me that Wells Fargo bank had held my money and that they didn't want me as a returning customer. 

Turns out enterprise managers and accountants can not fill out paperwork correctly. Enterprise sent me my money after months.

Go Somewhere Else. This Greeley department with cause you frustrastion that you don't need. Rent from someone else.

How about you do your due diligence to correct business issues on your own time and not on a disgruntled customers time. Clearly the customer service issues start with you Sir. You can gain all of the information you requested in your response from your own store as well as look into these documented investigations yourself.
