This is a great rental location.   The staff are all courteous, professional and efficient.   The cars are in good condition and clean.   The prices are soooo much better than renting at the airport.   Well worth the shuttle cost to/from the airport.   It is also faster to rent and return the car from this location than fro the airport.   Highly recommend.

I had an excellent experience here! It was my first time renting a car, and both the employee and the manager that was there on a Sunday morning were extremely helpful and courteous with guiding me through the process. I will definitely be renting from them again!

Great place. They don't have a lot of workers so if lots of people come in at once you have to wait to be seen. My friend went there the day she got into an accident and they have her a small discount for it. Really nice workers!

Good people here in Loveland!   Very accommodating.   They pick me up from the repair shop my vehicle was getting repaired at and took me there when it was done.   It was almost closing time for them but this didn’t matter.    My car was clean and they had great great customer service!

I know that backup cameras and bluetooth aren't quite standard on all cars but I never thought to ask about cruise control.  CRUISE CONTROL DOESN'T COME ON ALL CARS.  make sure and ask about it before you rent if you want it.  The car only had 30k miles on it but it smelled like smoke and the interior was very dirty.
