I have used this location 3 times recently and have been very pleased with the people and process.  I switched to this location after multiple bad experiences with a competitor and am thrilled to say Avis has been great!

I wish there was a half star option. I made a reservation 3 days prior to my trip, had a reservation number, and was told I was all set to pick up my rental vehicle. Once I arrived at the airport I was told by an employee that the "reservation" number I had was not a reservation number, and my reservation had not been accepted. My husband and I were stranded, and Avis left us no other options because they didn't have any vehicles for us to rent. The story has a happy ending though, I called a competitor and was able to have them pick us up at the airport, put us in a very nice car for a lot less money. I would not recommend this rental company to anyone unless they are looking for poor customer service, and a headache!

We had a great experience and will definitely use Avis again. The owner's are wonderful people-very friendly.
