Austin is hands down one of The best customer service specialists I’ve ever met. Rental car was a Toyota when we were expecting a dodge, awesome!!! When we had technical questions, they had all the answers and made us feel like valuable customers. Will recommend to friends.

Made the reservation online.  They picked me up from the body shop early, then they got me my car earlier than my reserved time.  When it was all over they didn't charge me any extra for time over my reservation and gave me a ride back to the body shop.  Thanks to Clint, Claude, and Bob who runs a smooth operation.  Highly recommend and I will be back for future needs.

Longest car rental wait ever! I was dropping off my sister, who was renting the car. After first giving her a dirty car with no gas (8 miles left on the tank), they said they'd go ahead and at least clean it if she just gave them 10 more minutes. We agreed to wait for what turned out to be another 30 minutes! With a total of ninety minutes and 4 to 5 other customers served, we finally left! My sister, of course, had to head straight to a gas station! Definitely don't go here, if you're in a hurry!

Slowest people I’ve dealt with, very courteous most of them. But way to slow, took me about an hour to get a car, with a reservation, and took me about 30 to return it.... none of the times there was more than 2 customers on the whole place, so I was either 1st in line or 2nd... prices are really low though compared to airport and other Hertz on the area.
