Getting my vehicle serviced was easy using their online scheduling app. When I arrived the Service personnel were friendly and able to understand my concerns. I was able to use their shuttle to get home which made it easy for us. Excellent job.

Tania Falls was great! She explained everything we needed to know, what was available, the pricing, everything. My wife and I felt great about our purchase. Tania was all around awesome (personable, knowledgeable, did not make us feel pressured on making a purchase), and, she was very helpful. Fitzgerald Auto Mall, thanks to Tania and most of the other friendly staff (e.g. mechanics, Finance officer, etc), was a great experience!

I purchased a brand new Volkswagen Tiguan and have had issues since the eight month mark. My car is 1.5 years old and due to the mileage I drive for my job, is out of warranty. Regardless of mileage, there is no reason the trunk should not open or the controls on a steering wheel should malfunction on a brand new vehicle. Not to mention the bolts on the door came out a couple of days after my first oil change causing the door to swing down hitting my 7 year old son in the face chipping his tooth. The door had been making a creaking noise the week before. They had apparently tightened the bolts on the door. I was told by one technician after a diagnostic test that replacing a clock spring in the steering column would also fix the issue with the trunk not opening. When I dropped my vehicle off to be repaired a different technician assured me the issues with the clock spring and trunk would be addressed. They were not. The dealership and VW Customer Care has dropped the ball on repairs and customer service multiple times. The lack of customer service and knowledge is astounding.

The sales process was easy and very fair. These folks are professional and not like the ones I bought from before. This was an enjoyable experience and I am extremely enjoyed it. I used to hate the way dealers did it before. I would highly recommend Fitzgerald for your next car.

I continue to purchase from Fitzgerald because they are honest and make the buying process smooth... they also always give me the best price and they don't play games like other dealers.
