My experience with the Adams Dealership and Service Department was great today, when my Jeep finally needed its 5000 mile servicing.  But my experiencES with this Dealership have been superior again and again! When we moved to this area, I brought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler to them for servicing; in January of this year, I purchased a brand new 1941 Commemorative Model Jeep Wrangler Sahara-4 door!  So, I have had multiple and varied experiences here at Adams, and I continue to be more than pleased.

And yes...I would [and DO] recommend the Adams Folks to any and everyone who might be interested!

Smooth as silk. I was welcomed and the tone always got better. From Trish to Beth to financing, everyone was professional and was only there to satisfied my needs...which became OUR needs because my wife ended up purchasing a previously owned vehicle which she hadn't planned on getting. We shall recommend our family and friends to your dealership. Spread the love!

The truth is  . . . . .  there aren’t enough stars to adequately capture the Adams Dealership car buying experience – I would rate them a 10++.  In many ways, my experience was like staying at a 5 STAR hotel. The dealership, salesperson, managers, customer service, and of course my new Jeep Renegade are top of the line and of the highest quality.

Here’s the story:
On a rainy Wednesday, I decided that I wanted to test-drive a Jeep.  Not the best idea on a wet, ugly weather day but nevertheless, it was going to happen.  I goggled the nearest dealer to my home and found Adams. Once there, Zack greeted me and within minutes, we were in a new Renegade Limited and on the road.  The next day, I drove home in my new, super detailed, totally awesome Jeep.  What transpired within a 24- hour period was the best purchasing experience ever.  Zack and his managers accommodated my specific requests and found the perfect match along with the perfect price. 

In my opinion, Zack and the Adams team have exemplary customer service skills.  I wish I could go back again today just to have that 5 STAR hotel experience.  But, maybe you can so I hope you do!!

Mike Lowe was a great salesman. He listened to what I was interested in, then made helpful suggestions. He showed me all the cars I wanted to see and then one I hadn't considered but fit my criteria. He also let me test drive all of them (without coming along - something I appreciate a lot). He was very accommodating, also helping me trade in a car. I love my new Patriot, and it was a smooth process that made me feel great about purchasing!

I had a great experience at Adams. Steve Rotella helped me find the vehicle I wanted. He was completely professional and very laid back. He's not the typical BS artist, salesman. Nobody tried to "sell" me anything. He made suggestions that were very helpful. I'd buy a vehicle there again for sure.
