Had a great sales experience with Cole. Very knowledgeable and polite, not at all your typical pushy sales person. He followed up without being pushy, I appreciated his initiative.

Very cool looking place and nice staff. High ceilings w/ colorful walls and even more colorful and beautiful cars. I fell in love! Ha ha.  

I found this place while shopping online for my next car. Luckily I found what I was looking for, at Johnson's. Appointments didn't work for me so I popped up, met with Stephano and got the process started. Easy as pie. 

The next day I drove away with my new car. The "legal" process didn't take long at all...a max of 2hrs. Dan had me in and out in no time. Finally seeing the car after all that signing, I was ready to see how it drove. So far so good!

Decent service and good inventory. The issue for me with this dealer is the inconsistencies between what my salesperson and what the general manager says (especially in terms of dealer incentives and services)

Update: I stopped by to check out the new Giulias, which are amazing by the way, and almost walked out the door with one. Stefano, Mohammed and Carl were all fantastic and did everything they could to close the deal. Ultimately it didn't quite work out but that is through no fault of their own, I just wasn't quite ready to give up my 4C. I will definitely be back though to get a Giulia within a year and recommend you stop by if you're looking for a car. 

I had a great experience buying my car here. Very friendly staff, absolutely no pressure to make a deal, and no high pressure upsell in the finance department. If you have an interest in an Alfa Romeo or a Fiat, definitely make this your first stop.

SERVICE review.   Their one service writer (sorry I forgot you name... Mike?).  Was very friendly followed up..  took care of everything and everyone.  Knew what he was doing.  Seemed to get on with the techs OK.  Great experience.  And they took care of my car.  I've heard similar from other abarth drivers around Annapolis as well.
