Very pleased with my purchase! Ty was genuine, responsive and diligent. I was working under a tight deadline but that did not deter him. Ty worked tirelessly to get me exactly the vehicle I wanted with all the options I had to have. Thanks for all your hard work to make this happen!

Ty was very courteous and professional. He worked with my wife and I to get the exact car and options she wanted by arranging a dealer trade with another local dealership. Knowing that we could easily travel to that dealership, Ty and the service manager, Lamont, negotiated a satisfactory deal for us which saved us from having to start the process over with the other dealership. Overall a great deal based on True Car average selling price statistics for the area. I need to also mention the helpfulness and professionalism of Angela, the finance manager. She made sure that we understood our options and worked hard to ensure that our needs were met. Thank you to all at Criswell for making my wife happy which in turn improves my quality of life. Happy wife, happy life!

I would highly recommend this location. The sales people there are friendly, professional, & make the car buying experience an easy one. I had the pleasure of working with Kevin Cramer & Alan Hannon who were both so great! I bought my car a week ago & went back today for a free car wash. I had only ever dealt with the Honda dealership across the street from them so I was a little worried about the experience I would have at Criswell but I gotta say, I wish I would've gone to them the first time because it was all around better experience! Definitely recommend either of these gentlemen for a great car buying experience! Thanks again for everything!

This is the best Acura dealership in the area. You will always get great service. I've purchased two vehicles from Criswell and had a great experience each time because of Lamont and Gerry. They will work with you to ensure you get what you want at a reasonable price.
