Another great experience for me at Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis

First of all when entering this dealership I always feel welcome. The staff is so friendly. This is my second purchase with Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis, and both times my Sales Associate was Edward Jackson. 

Mr Jackson came in on his day off to sale me the vehicle, which I thought showed tremendous customer service. He had everything already set up for a smooth transaction and even offered me lunch as I waited for my new vehicle.

I highly recommend Edward Jackson if professionalism is what you are looking for. 

Mr Jackson has exceptional knowledge of Lexus vehicles. His personality, appearance, authenticity, and his ability to persuade was very impressive. 

Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis is an excellent dealership, with a great service and financial department.  Michele Mitchell, financial Director, made the financial process quick and easy, she was a pleasure to work with. And as always, Kevin Johnson, delivery specialist showed me everything about my ES350, including all the safety features, where to find them to how to use them.

We had a wonderful experience at Sheehy Lexus. We originally visited to test drive one car. On our drive, Ryan truly listened to what we needed as a family and suggested a different car, still in our price range, that turned out to be the perfect fit for us. He was a good listener and we never felt pressured. 
From start to finish, everyone we interacted with was thoughtful and professional. I highly recommend this dealership.

Everyone knows that buying a new car can be such a pain! I had been searching for weeks. I finally decided to expand my search and Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis came across my computer screen. Every other Lexus dealership I have dealt with did not come close to the professionalism as this dealership. Scott was very straight forward with me. He took his time to explain everything to me and the different buying options. Whether it was a follow up call or text message, Scott made the experience smooth and as stress free as possible. He made those weeks of searching all worth the wait. The overall experience was great! Scott found the car I wanted and got it there the next day! He worked hard to make sure this was great experience for me and I appreciate it! Thank you Scott and Sheehy for your hard work and fantastic customer service! I'm thrilled to be apart of the Lexus Family

This week I bought a new RX350 from Edward Jackson of Sheehy Lexus of Annapolis. First of all let me say that Edward greeted me and my family in style, by offering drinks and refreshments from the dealership cafe and had a "Ready to Serve" demeanor. He listened to what I wanted and was able to make the perfect suggestions, which helped me find the car that matched my needs and personality. He was very thorough in explaining the standard features as well as my options based on what we discussed. He was funny and made the whole experience of buying my first new car fun and informative. Edward and his finance manager also helped to save me a considerable amount of money with the Lexus financing option. I love my new car!

This is and has always been a great car-buying experience.  The staff was very professional and went out of their way to satisfy me.  I recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Lexus.  Also, my sales associate, Brooke Brown, was great!
