Very pleased with Porsche of Annapolis! A week ago I purchased my vehicle with Bing Hui Chen.  He gave me many options of different vehicles to test drive and made the process of buying a breeze.  I was extremely pleased with his knowledge and being so easy to work with.  I was even provided a private office to conduct a conference call in between my purchase.  After the sale, I had a problem.  You should know that Bing Hui Chen and Steve the (Manager) were excellent in communicating with and were willing to assist in anyway possible.  This makes this Dealership and  Staff truly stand out as excellent service even after the sale.  I am very appreciated for all of their assistance!

I love my (first) Porsche! The experience was not the dreaded car purchase as is often the case but rather an enjoyable ordeal thanks to Bing Chen & Brett Smith. Both Bing & Brett went above and beyond to help me get acquainted with my new car.

Very courteous. Prices seem better than where I purchased my car. The loaner car was as clean as a whistle. I would highly recommend.

My experience working with Porsche in Annapolis was more than I could have asked for. I went to their location after a very bad experience with another dealership. I met Hugo Eilenberg and he was amazing. After meeting and talking with him, I knew I was in the right place. He was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He kept me informed to let me know the work was coming along nicely which really put my mind at ease. My car now feels like I'm floating on a cloud which is what I hoped for. I will not entrust my vehicle to no one else but Porsche of Annapolis for their outstanding work and customer service!!!
