I purchased a Mercedes Benz this past weekend and my experience was wonderful from start to finish! We were greeted the moment we came in the door and helped right away, even though it was the Annapolis Boat Show! Sebastian took me out on test drive and really let me get a feel for the car. After that I knew I was interested in the car and we talked finance. After diligence and hard work we mad a deal! I worked with Troia on the financial portion and she was wonderful as well. Everyone made me feel very welcomed and at ease. The process can be lengthy, but when I walked out, I had my registration in hand and official license plates on my car! They really took care of me and I couldn't be more excited about my purchase!

I had bought at least 12 new Mercedes vehicles from Annapolis Mercedes the sales managers and the general manager great I shop around at other Mercedes dealerships before I buy Annapolis Mercedes dealership always gives me the best prices they always treat me like family and I will continue to buy and have my vehicle serviced there wish I could give them 10 stars

I recently visited this dealership to purchase a GLC. 
After two hours of price negotiation and shaking hands at the final agreement, I was ready to sign all the papers to drive the new GLC out of the dealership.
To my greatest disappointment, the sales manager came back to me with a laughable apology that the car we have negotiated for 2 hours was not available.
Was I in a Mercedes-Benz dealership or what?
I wasted my day off I committed to purchase a Mercedes due to this stupid mistake made by the sales manager.
I suggest to all the potential buyers at this dealership that you have to double-check or maybe triple-check availability of the car you are interested in by yourself since the sales managers may not have any idea and they still try to sell the unavailable car to you.

Less than 1 star - was told on the phone I could charge my electric car there, planned out a nice trip that required a charge somewhere to get back home.  Arrived and was rudely told "our policy has changed, you can only charge Mercedes cars at this location, uh that spot is reserved for deliveries" - would never purchase a Mercedes from this location
