I went to Koons Ford of Annapolis to trade in my 2016 Dodge Challenger and downsize to a more affordable vehicle. They really listened to my specific needs and didn't try to push me outside my budget. I also wasn't pressured whatsoever and even left the first time and came back two days later. They were understanding and helpful throughout the whole process. I would also like to recommend and thank John Powell for taking care of me. He was incredibly engaged and helpful.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I bring my trucks here when it has to be dealer service, but otherwise I go elsewhere. Just got a $90 diagnosis done on my satellite radio. They told me it was going to be a $500 repair. I decided to hold off and ask the service advisor, Mike Treas, for the part number that was needed so I could do the repair myself another time. And very disrespectfully he told me to just call the parts department for that. You would think for a $90 diagnosis it would include what parts are needed. This is not based on just one experience. Every time I come here the customer service and the personal attention is very bad. Stay away if possible! On occasion I get the opportunity to use other dealer service centers and, while yes expensive, they are always very very nice and helpful. This place is not!

Courtney and Dennis did an amazing job working with me during the purchase of my used vehicle. This is the first car I've purchased and I felt extremely comfortable and happy with the entire process. The entire staff at Koons Ford of Annapolis made my first car buying experience the best it could have been. Highly satisfied and I would definitely recommend them!!

Just moved from out of state and needed a safety inspection. They took extremely good care of me and my vehicle. Bill was the best and they were able to make all the repairs I needed in one day. Very friendly staff and excellent service.

I'm in the market for a new F350. So I drove down today to Koons Ford Annapolis to take a look at the inventory on their lot against what's showing on the web site. I drove through the whole lot and parked my car to look at the red F350 they have right in front of their store front...I was RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR WINDOWS! (Just wanted to make that point clear). I was walking around the truck looking at the features, window sticker, bed liner, tail gate, etc. Went in through the showroom to use the bathroom and three sales people were watching TV. Decided Koons wasn't interested in my business. And I advised one of their people in the showroom they all had missed out on at the very least, and opportunity to convince me that Koons is where I want to buy my next truck. Luckily for Koons, they have Courtney Ross. She actually came out to talk to my girlfriend and pet my dog, but she actually came out to talk to ONE of us. I was about to roll out, when she introduced herself and talk about my interests. He manager tried to come out after the fact and make some excuses about how they were very busy inside and were selling a lot of cars that day, and I advised him I walked right through his showroom past 3 salesmen watching TV. At least he had the where with all to shut up and go away rather than keep digging a hole for himself. In the mean time, Courtney got the keys and let me in the truck to get a hands on to the interior, talked to me about some of the features and functions, which I already knew, but she deserved the chance. Nice young lady. IF I buy a truck from Koons, I'll make sure she gets the commission.
