Our sales representative, Jake, was very attentive to our priorities and interests.  He was also fully knowledgeable about the vehicles we looked at, and his  explanations were clear and informative.  In addition, he was perfectly courteous and fully professional.  The process was smooth.  I can recommend Jake as well as the dealership without reservation.

I'm a first time car buyer and was really intimidated by the thought of the whole car buying process. However my experience was great - all thanks to Fitzgerald Mazda! Jake was my sales associate and he was amazing! Everyone at the dealership is extremely friendly and helpful and the customer service they provide is awesome! Their service department was great as well and helped me with all of my needs. Would definitely recommend Fitzgerald Mazda to anyone in the car buying process! :)

Friendly and patient staff. No pressure sales. Clear communication from start to finish. Great follow up and overall service. Folks here treat you like a person not like a walking dollar sign.

I brought a friend in to pick up her car. She noticed on her bill that they charged her $59. to tighten up bolts. Really! She bought the car there and has it serviced there. Ridiculous.  Charges were inflated. They also use to wash and vacuum out the car when it gets serviced. They didn't this time. Disappointed, will probably find another dealership next time.

I've been shopping for several weeks for a used car in Washington DC area until I decided to open up my search and include Fitzgerald Mazda of Annapolis. I was treated with respect and like an intelligent human being from the start. I left with a fair price, excellent service, outstanding customer service, and a fantastic Honda CR-Z with which I am falling in love with. Highly recommended and without any reservation!
