We stopped in here to shop around/browse for cars. They are very friendly and professional here and really take the time to show you all the cars and answer all of your questions in detail. They are not high pressure but are very knowledgeable and attentive which we appreciated. Andre and Marissa were awesome and took great care of us. When I am ready to buy a car I would buy from them. They make you feel right at home. Plus the cars are reliable and stylish - also I love that Subaru loves dogs. :-)

Every single member of Subaru Annapolis team is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. Never have I ever had a bad experience, not once, and the service department always works so incredibly hard to accommodate me and my needs, from competing schedules to loaner vehicles. As the stereotypical female with little car knowledge, they never make me feel inferior or intimated, and that, for me, is HUGE! I am comfortable dropping off my car and communicating with the service team members, and have faith that they are doing what is in the best interest for me and my car. As long as I live in Annapolis, or am local, I will maintain my Subaru at Annapolis Subaru. Thank again to the entire team, you guys really are incredible!

I looked all over the east coast for a very specific combination of model, color, and options. I found what I was looking for at Annapolis Subaru. The next day, I drove the 300 miles to pick up my new car. I was in and out faster than any other dealership I'd ever been to. What a painless experience! Andre' and the entire team were fantastic.

I decided to go to Annapolis Subaru on September 20, 2017 to purchase a Subaru Legacy. On that day the sales person, Mike, was very nice and willing to work with me. They had to locate the car that I wanted and the manager that day even waived the $500 deposit to locate the car, which I didn't ask him to do he offered. The salesperson, Mike, told me that he would email me in the morning about the status of locating my car with hopes of getting it that day or the next. I never heard from the salesperson so I contacted the dealership around noon on September 21st to find out what the status of locating the car was. At this point I had located the car at another dealership and thought they would just get it from them. When I contacted Annapolis Subaru I was bounced from 1 voicemail to another. I was informed that the salesperson was off that day. So that was the first lie because the salesperson told me he would email me in the morning on the status of the car. At this point I explained to the dealership that I had located the car and where it was, which was only 40 minutes from them. I told them that after the salesperson did not follow through with what he was supposed to do and getting sent to one voicemail after another I was upset and that if they could not bring the car to them that day that I would go to another dealer and purchase it. Then the salesperson sent me an email and again lied by denying he was suppose to contact me on the morning of the 21st of September. I told him the same thing I told the dealership about the car and going elsewhere if they could not bring it to them that day. He then sent me back an email and didn't even try to save the deal he just told me to go to the other dealership and that they will take good care of me. Then I received another email from a different person at Annapolis Subaru stating that they secured the car I wanted and would have it there that evening. So at that point I figured I would go back to them and complete the deal. Once I got to Annapolis Subaru, around 5:00 pm on September 21, 2017, The salesperson, myself, my grandfather, my grandmother and my daughter sat down to finish the deal. We did not agree on a remote start add on so the sales person brought out his business manager, which was an older man. This man was very nasty and unprofessional. He got indignant with my 80 year old grandfather and myself. He tried to claim he couldn't handle add-ons, which we all know is a lie. Then he proceeded to call me a liar. I asked him what I lied about and he said I promised to give them $250 to locate the car and didn't. I told him I never said that and he then said oh that was someone else. But didn't apologize just continued to be rude and nasty. I had to say to him that he owed me an apology which he did do but it was not a sincere apology he was still being rude. My grandfather then said to him do you not want this sale and the manager got even more rude and said no you are not buying a car from here. With that we got up and left. I went from there to Heritage Subaru and purchased my car with a great staff of people that were very friendly. Annapolis Subaru should not be allowed to treat people that way. Something needs to be done to stop them. They give car dealerships a bad name!

Phenomenal experience buying a car. Roy and Bob were so great to work with, very personable, and wanted us to be happy with our car. Roy explained all the features of the car we bought; we left knowing everything we needed to know and then some. Bob went above and beyond to get us great financing and made the car buying experience enjoyable instead of stressful.
