BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

Honda of Annapolis is very fortunate to have Vicky as an employee!

Vicky and I connected right from the beginning. She is professional and courteous and goes out of her way to make you feel very comfortable. Buying a new car is a serious decision. Vicky answered all of my questions with absolutely no pressure and there were no surprises. I qualified for a very good percentage rate at Honda of Annapolis and it was definitely a GREAT buying experience. This is the third car I have bought from Honda of Annapolis and Vicky has helped me with each one. 

You won't be sorry when you go to Honda of Annapolis and ask for Vicky!

This is a nice big showroom and the salesman was very nice. My sister was just browsing and he did not pressure her but was very knowledgeable and took us on a long test drive. He was very patient and accommodating and did follow up with her a couple of days later to see if he could answer questions. She was appreciative of his professionalism and is considering buying a car from here...if she buys a Honda instead of a Subaru.

Charlie Holman was the best car dealer we ever had!! Very profesional, Knowledgeable, friendly, patient, in fact the whole experience was totally fun! 
We bought a brand new 2017 Honda Civic and he helped us all the way. We are so happy with the deal!!. Every piece of advice were definitely effective financially and we couldn’t be happier!

I recently purchased a 2017 Honda Accord. My car buying experience at Honda of Annapolis was outstanding ! My Salesman was Jason Jones. Jason was outstanding through the entire process ! I was first introduced to Jason through the internet. After talking with Jason, I decided to come into the Dealership to look at some vehicles. Jason was polite and very professional. Jason took the time to educate me on the different vehicles and trim levels. Jason was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and knowledgeable about my 2015 Nissan Altima which I wanted to trade. Jason was able to provide the pros and cons  of each vehicle make. I was skeptical of trading my vehicle due to the negative equity I would have to carry over.  Jason was very patient and answered all of my questions. Jason gave great financial advice and did not pressure me. When I decided to purchase my Honda , the transaction was very fast ! There were no problems. Jason made sure that I was happy and comfortable. He personalized my vehicle before I left the lot. As of this day, I can still call Jason to answer my questions and seek advice.  Ask for Jason Jones if your looking for outstanding service !!!

Charlie Holman is hands down the best salesman I e ever dealt with. He was very knowledgeable and made the car buying process super easy. I will be recommending him in the future.
