This place is the absolute worst. My package was never delivered to me even though the usps website said it was out for delivery. I called looking for my package and no one could explain to me where my package was. This is not the first time they misplaced my package. The staff at this post office is a disgrace. Something needs to be done about them.

absolutely the most disgusting postal service to ever be created. The post master does not care when you speak with him and complain. The staff is rude. The drivers never ring the doorbell even though if you call USPS customer service they tell you this is what they should do. I get so upset when UPS or Fedex transfers a package to them Surepost. I have sat on my porch waiting for a delivery and refreshing the tracking and it update to no one was home or no access. Unfreaking believable. I am sitting on the porch. Disgusting unprofessional and a disservice to this entire community.

Why tf does google not allow a 0* rating? They dont even deserve 1*. Anyway, I was on hold for 25 minutes after attempting to call them for an hour. Maybe I should avoid shipping USPS when shipping packages to my customers from now on. I can see why this place has such bad reviews now.....well all the USPS's in Mt Vernon.

Worst customer service ever.Very uncaring, Lazy, slow, aggressive and angry workers,( except only one friendly, happy, helpful,nice young man that's relatively new). The frontline staff members need to be completely sacked, transferred to a very remote location or retrained on customer-centric service skills.
Wish I could rate them Zero.
Their delivery services paralytically appalling. They will hardly ever deliver your package on time, but will ALWAYS lie & falsely update the tracking system that delivery was attempted and notice left on door. Big white lies ALWAYS. I feel so ashamed of them. It appears no "checks" on what they do.And they practically get away with " anything".  So sad.
