Clean,convenient location.  Be prepared to pay for parking. Allow 15 to 30 minutes for days when high volume may be expected. (I love the Park NYC app because I can add more minutes if needed while I am on the line.)

The staff are always pleasant and strive to be helpful.  The newer window agents tend to defer questions to a more senior employee.  While I trust she is knowledgeable, she may not be abreast of recent changes.  Hence, you'll always get more than one answer to a question.

I wouldn't go anywhere else to handle my mail, if given a choice.

The delivery is horrendous. I don't know how many times I've been home waiting for a package and never had my bell rang but supposedly they attempted to deliver. I honestly cringe when I realize a company is fully or finishing the delivery with USPS.

Buy patience if you come here to apply for a passport. The clerk behind the glass believes he works for Department of Homeland Security. They ask you for everything so make sure you have copies and the original to go with those copies. Good luck!

There is a new employee there she's a short black women and I aboloutely adore her she is the only clerk I like to go too and she is very fast

My rent envelope would not stick close so a tall black lady (with hair pull backed)
clerk yelled out, " no tape here, you have to buy it for $3.49.  This type of unkind, unfriendly, greedy and rude behavior by Post Office workers is an example of wrong doing to people who care about their neighborhood post office and give a lot of money to post office to
Mail out all their important letters & packages.
