Ordered a package and reported undeliverable due to wrong address...yet, they placed the "sorry we missed you" note at my address the following day.  Address confirmed for re delivery 3 times and still never delivered.  Package is only 40lbs.  How is this post office still open with so many negative reviews.  New management recommended.

Gene and Nick on 3/19/2018 left my package in the main hallway of my 5 apartment building without ringing my bell. My neighbor watched my package be tossed in the hallway and she rang my bell and told me where to wait for the two men. Both were uncaring and basically said if you have a complaint to call the post master.

Mail delivery is HORRIBLE from this station. Misdelivered bills, important mail, and Amazon packages. USPS needs to investigate the staff here. Its either total incompetence or wilful disregard to do one's job dutifully and consistently. Unbelievable. I now have all my packages sent to my workplace.

This is the worst post office! I cringe when I have a package being shipped via usps. Every single time I have a package "delivered" from  usps, it's never delivered when they say it is. I receive an alert saying your package is delivered, but no package. I have even received alerts that they were unable to deliver my package because no one is home, but was sitting on my couch, they were just too lazy to actually deliver the package! I have called numerous times to complain and after hours of listening to a busy signal, or the phone just simply ringing non-stop I will get the rudest person ever! This is not fair that nothing has been done! People here are lazy, rude and have no respect for people or their packages!!
