Long line and not enough workers to assist customers. Poor delivery service will leave mail on the steps instead of placing in the mailbox. This place needs an overhaul if not it needs to close down. This saddens me because it use to be a great postal office, once upon a time. Now it is a disgrace. I will rather get off the train at 34 Street on my way home from work.

THE ONLY BRIGHT SPOT IN THIS PLACE WAS GOPAL SHE WAS AMAZING A SWEET BEAUTIFUL WOMAN WHO HELPED MY FIANCE AND I WITH GETTING PASSPORTS SHE IS THE ONLY REASON I WOULD DEAL WITH THIS P.O. AGAIN.

I called the post office to ask a question, phone never answered, I consider that "bad" rather than appear at the post office for the same reason as above!!!!

Rachet custiomer services representative on the right near at the passport section. She gave me a hard time over accetable ID. Not bubbly at all, side for no reason. Moreover she privdide wrong information acceptable secondary I'Ds for passport card. Last time Im going there
